In September 2026, we repaired a Sub-Zero BI-42UFD leaking water onto the floor in Coronado. The refrigerator was cooling normally (0°F in the freezer and 34°F in the refrigerator), but a clogged drain line and a cracked drain pan were causing the leak. We cleared and flushed the drain line, replaced the drain pan, and cleaned the condenser coil as part of full general maintenance.
