Review pricing details ›Service scope
Start with the appliance you have and the behavior you see.
This parent page helps route a refrigerator request. A symptom, feature name or brand link does not by itself identify a failed part or confirm support for every model and installation.
Cooling and operation
Tell us which compartment feels warm, whether the other compartment is still cooling and what the display showed before service.
Ice and water
Note whether ice, water or both are affected, and where any leak was observed. Do not move the refrigerator to investigate.
Doors, frost and light
Describe the door seal, frost location, lighting behavior and anything that changed before the concern began.
Noise and vibration
Note when the sound occurs and where it seems to come from. A sound alone does not establish the failed component.
Display or connectivity
Photograph the complete display and share the exact model. Do not include account passwords or assume a code has the same meaning across models.
Built-in or specialty installation
Describe panels, enclosure, stairs and access constraints without dismantling or moving installed equipment.
Safe owner checks
Useful details—without opening, moving or resetting the refrigerator.
Stop if the appliance appears unsafe.
If there is smoke, fire, sparking, a burning smell or another immediate danger, do not continue using the refrigerator to demonstrate the problem. Move to safety and contact emergency services when appropriate.
- Keep the refrigerator closed when practical and note the displayed temperatures.
- Photograph the full display message and the complete model/serial label only if safely visible.
- Share when the behavior began and whether a power interruption, move or prior service preceded it.
- Do not remove panels, touch wiring, enter diagnostic modes, move built-in equipment or attempt model-specific resets from a general web page.
Models and maintenance
Use the complete model label—then keep maintenance model-safe.
A model-family name alone does not establish parts, code meanings or repair eligibility. Share the complete label and installation details before model-specific guidance is used.
Find the model label safely
Photograph the complete model and serial label only when it is visible without moving the refrigerator, removing panels or reaching near wiring.
Keep airflow paths clear
Follow the manufacturer documentation for the exact model. Do not block interior vents, overload compartments or use sharp tools to remove frost.
Protect food and the appliance
Limit unnecessary door opening when cooling is uncertain. If smoke, sparking, burning odor or another immediate hazard appears, stop using the appliance and move to safety.
Our Work
How our refrigerator service works.
Describe and identify
Share the appliance, installation, model label and observed concern when requesting service.
Diagnose and review
The visit establishes the proposed repair scope. Review the estimate before authorizing work.
Approve and complete
Work proceeds after approval. Any new scope requires separate approval before it is added.
Display messages
A refrigerator code needs the exact model context.
No verified production refrigerator error-code library is linked from this parent page. Keep the complete message with the model label; do not transfer a definition or reset instruction between brands or models.
Visit, pricing and warranty wording
Clear terms before repair.
Service visit and estimate
The residential service visit / diagnostic fee is $99. It always applies, is non-refundable and is credited toward the total repair cost if you proceed. No exceptions.
The commercial service visit / diagnostic fee is $150 and is separate from residential pricing.
After diagnosis, review the proposed scope and estimate before authorizing repair work.
Review current pricing informationRepair warranty
90-day labor warranty.
1-year parts warranty.
Both terms begin on the date the repair is completed.
Booking context
An online request starts scheduling; it does not by itself confirm an appointment or a model-specific repair outcome.
Request refrigerator serviceSan Diego identity
Plan the visit around the appliance and the property.
Alpha Pro handles appliance-repair requests across San Diego County. Share the service address and any known access details such as stairs, gates, built-in panels or tight clearances when scheduling.

Before requesting service
Helpful refrigerator-service questions.
Does the $99 residential diagnostic fee always apply?
Yes. It is non-refundable and credited toward the total repair cost if you proceed. There are no residential exceptions.
Should I reset a refrigerator after a display message?
Do not use a general page as a model-specific reset guide. Keep the exact display message and complete model label for the service discussion.
Does a brand link confirm support for my model?
No. The existing brand pages help route the request; the exact appliance, model, installation and requested scope still need confirmation.
Can I visit or arrange an appliance drop-off?
Visits are by appointment, and appliance drop-off is available by prior arrangement. Coordinate before arriving.
