The problem
The inner glass panel of the oven door had shattered, with cracks running across the whole panel.

Removed the broken glass safely.

Why it matters
A cracked inner oven glass isn't something to keep cooking with. It is the panel closest to the heat, and broken pieces can fall into the oven or onto the floor when the door opens.
