Serial numbers begin with HS or LS. Check the recall on cpsc.gov or the manufacturer's recall page for the free in-home repair. • Monthly: clean burner ports and electrodes; more often near the coast.
• After Santa Ana or smoke events inland: lift caps and clear ash from ports.
• Before summer heat: avoid self-clean on the hottest days.
