F18 and F24: fill valve and heat
Symptom: F18 means the water intake valve is faulty. F24 means a heating relay contact fault. Cause: The intake valve fails electrically or mechanically. F24 is an electronics fault, not a heater clog. Fix: We test and replace the intake valve for F18. For F24 we confirm the relay fault and replace the relay or control module.
F70: waterproof system
Symptom: The program cancels and the drain pump runs continuously. Cause: Water has been detected in the base from a hose, seal, sump or internal leak. Fix: Close the faucet and unplug the machine. We find the leak, repair it, dry the base and reset the system.
